I have about 6 22oz bottles of cider that ended up bottle carbing by mistake. I threw em in the frig to prevent explosion. The carb level is actually pretty good to just about as high as i'd like it to go. If i bring them back to room temp, then stove top pasteurize, then chill them down again for drinking, or even leave them out after pasteurization, will this change the flavors? will all the temperature flux change flavors?

Well, this is no longer a concern since i finished all but 1 bottle since i originally posted... HOWEVER i am still curious if letting bottled cider cool to frig temps, then warm to room temp, then pasteurize temp.. and finally back to cool has any affects on flavor. any answered would be appreciated.
