Acceptable level of chlorine in brewing water?

Trying to isolate some off flavors in my brews and thinking chlorine may be a factor, but at what level will chlorine presence become noticeable?

Will the amount of chlorine reported there be noticeable? How about the rest of the report?

Chlorine should boil off in most circumstances. I'm no water expert like some of the people who haunt these boards, but everything on there looks fine enough to me. Chloramine causes some people trouble, but I don't see that mentioned in the report.

what off flavors do you have

i has some plastic tasting flavor im my beers before i made a filter for my brew water was really noticable in lighter less hoppy beers so far no bad taste with filter but my first lighter batch is in secondary so we will see for sure if that was it
