A Visit to the New Belgium Brewery

My family and I visited the New Belgium Brewery in Fort Collins, CO on 1/7/2014.
The tour is fun, FREE and takes about 90 mins including a goodly amount of beer tasting.
We tasted Coconut Curry Hefeweizen, Erbys Loose Lips, Shift Pale Lager, Blue Paddle Pilsener-Lager,
Le Terroir sour beer, Sunshine Wheat, and a Cigar City collaborative chilli brew called Lips of Faith.

It's one heck of a place that's for sure. Did you make it to any other breweries in Fort Collins?

Also went to Odell Brewing; had a killer burger from the Radio Burger food truck (not too mention some good beer).

Here are a few photos from Odell Brewing Co, also in Ft. Collins. This is a much smaller operation
than New Belgium but they seem to be aiming for the same sort of success.

Odell has a guest food truck each week. This is Burger Radio, and they make the most amazing burgers:

Did they (New Belgium) still have the slide to get from the 3rd floor down to the first?

I do love living near Fort Collins. The paper says another five breweries are in planning for this year.
