Just a quick hello from a newbie that is looking forward to learning from people’s experiences.
I have a Beetroot and Parsnip wine maturing in the spare room.
In the kitchen is an Apricot and Date wine, plus a Banana and Fig wine just taken off the pulp (after five days)
Here’s hoping beginners luck will work.
Recipes from a CJJ Berry book, so I just have to wait and see.
