A/C Wiring Help

Trying to turn this into a glycol chiller. Trying to bypass the thermostat and what not so when my STC1000 turns the unit on both the fan and compressor kick in at coldest setting. I thought I knew what I was doing, but the compressor just cycles on for 5-10 sec, off for 30 or so.

Any help would be appreciated. I probably have to go back and rewire a bunch of stuff.

Nevermind, looks like I fixed it. I just didnt have the compressor running through the start up capacitor.
