6th Hop IPA

I'm about to brew this and was wondering if I should keep my hop schedule or move some to 60?

Munich -Light 8.0 oz

*I mixed up 1oz each of these 6 hops.
Estimated IBU is 85.
Average Alpa% is 11.9.

If you dont want bitterness then keep your additions. i honestly would move your 25 min to 60 min. and remove your 20,10 and 5 and use those 3 ozs for dry hopping after. Just a suggestion but, im not the one drinking it!

can you tell the difference with 5 min intervals of hop additions...i dont think so. its an estimated 85IBU, and im not sure if hes using any top off water which would cut the IBU's. I've had an "85IBU" ipa that fell short from having any bitterness and was all sweet malty. All depends on the flavor profile hes going for. who knows you might be sensitive to bitterness..i sure am not from all the west coast IPAs i've had. lol

It is certainly possible to obtain plenty of bitterness from late hopping.

Went into keg just now. Cold flat sample was very good. There is bitterness that sneaks up. Yum!
