I was initially going to do the 2-2-2 Rule for my West Coast Pale Ale (first ever try at home brewing) but after some more reading have decided on a 3 week fermenter, 3 week bottle condition and finally a couple days in the fridge.
Does this sound ok for WCPA? I dont plan on adding anything to the recipe, will just brew it as per the kit instructions.
