Picked up 5 pounds of fresh local peaches at our local farm. Should they go into the secondary of my Saison currently fermenting or into an IPA that I'm getting ready to brew this weekend? Is 5 pounds enough for 5 gal or should I split the batch?
 
I have no idea how they do it...but Blue Moon's Georgia Peach Brown Ale is friggin awesome on a hot summer day and some bbq.
