So I ordered one of these 5 gallon wide mouth carboys, and it fits perfectly on the little "step" over the compressor in my 5.0 Cu Ft. chest freezer..The airlock that it comes with has a unique design, and doesn't stick up very far, so its total height is very short when compared to standard carboys. Being able to fit it in the freezer with my 6 gallon carboy almost doubles my batch size.. woot! 
I will be using the wide mouth at first to dry hop the IPA that is fermenting along side it in the picture.. Getting the hops in/out and cleaning it will def be a lot easier with the wide mouth (stoked).
