What we have here is a 20Gal system that I built a few years before spike decided todo the same. But it’s way better in several aspects.

-The pump is controlled digitally (or by valve) so u can always get the same amount flow by knowing the % of pump speed!!!

-Has two elements. One is 4500watts in the rims tube, that has a float valve to ensure no dry firing!! The other is the kettle element of 5500watts. The system is wired for 50amps but the software allows you to fire both elements at the same time in a 30amp supply by bouncing power back and forth between the two, giving which ever element needs more power priority to reach desired set temp. So for instance… when mashing I set the kettle temp at desired mash temp along with the rims tube they work in unison to ensure the mash bed has the exact temp!! The system also utilizes the temp probe inserted inside the mash bed to adjust the temperature setpoints on its own, to achieve the temp you want in the bed.

-Has a 36plate chiller that drops the temp from boiling to 60° in less then a few minutes with cold well water.

-Has the ability on large batches to utilize your fermenter as a HLT and do a proper sparge (see pictures for example of hose plumbing)

-Almost never have to take it apart to clean. All of the fittings are 1in tri-clamp so there are no lips on the inside of the tubing. I bring PBW to 180° and cycle through the entire system for 10-20minutes and then back flush all the ports with fresh water. Once drained I vacuum out the kettle instead of taking it apart. It’s amazing how easy it is to clean!!!! Never has to be scrubbed. Just whips down after pbw rinse.

The control panel is really one of a kind and I built it myself. I deal with these kind of electronics in my job. It has never had an issue in at least 20-30brews!! U have complete control over the entire process. It’s amazing. It can also control your fermenters if u desire!!! The software has AN AMAZING community page and the designers are at your beckoning call to help u with anything and or fix issues. They will even edit the software to add features u find it needs if they feel they will also be useful to the community as a whole!!

If u live within 4hrs of the Maine border I will deliver it and show u how to use it.

This thing is BAD ASSSSSSS and I know u want to know more about it. $3000 gets u just started with a 20G spike solo…. What your getting here is wayyyyyyyyyy more!!! So feel free to message me if your a serious buyer!!
