wlp004 Irish Ale

dang, smagee just beat me to it..

I just brewed an Imperial stout with wlp004 and it's been in the primary for 9 days. I'm already at 8.7%
 
I was going off of recollection of its described tolerance as "medium-high"; I don't recall an actual percentage range. That said, I was fairly certain my imperial red goes in the 9%s pretty regularly, so it was a safe bet.

Safe bet indeed. I think I recently read that it can ferment to 10%, but don't quote me on that..
