I joined back in 08 and have since been letting life get in the way of brewing!! No big deal, had a baby boy and he's the greatest thing ever so not a bad deal. But i'm coming back, and i'm excited. I have some cleaning questions of course, left all my equipment dirty and wanted to know the best way to get it really clean. Everything is stainless steel so should handle about anything right? Bleach?

Anyways i'm back and i look forward to chatting with you all.

Cheers

Nick

Congrats. No bleach on the stainless for any long period of time. It will pit or corrode stainless

congrats. To get your old equipment ready do oxi/pbw/etc. get it all cleaned up and then use the typical regimen you used before your new born.

I typically clean with pbw or non scented oxi for cleaning/scrubbing my glass equipment and then just do a good old elbow grease scrub with a green scour pad on my metal.

Congrats again and welcome back :)
