2 rollers or 3?

Im going to buy a mill soon and was wondering is the 3rd roller worth the extra cash?

we brew alot of beer and just went from a pasta roller to a 2 roller mill. It works fantastic. (monster mill) My opinion is save the cash unless you are super picky/ obsessive.

I am sure others will chime in.

yeh that's what I was looking at the mm2...

I would buy the 2 roller MM. Properly adjusted and operated, there should be no discernible difference in the grist between the two. All of the commonly available home brew roller mills are capable of producing an excellent grist.
