So I've been wanting to try and brew an IPL. Below is the recipe I have been tossing around. If anyone has any input as far as grain bill, hop schedule, anything I'd appreciate it. *Dare I say this is my first attempt at a lager as well. Using my kegerator with stc1000 so I should be able to control ferm temps w/o issue. Thanks!
