Alright, I'm closing this. Getting out of hand - c'mon folks, you know the deal, no personal attacks.

NoClueGuys, you've gotten some good techical advice in here. We've all - every one of us - made a semi-stupid mistake when we got started, and I could not even BEGIN to count the number of times we've seen a new brewer make one of the little mistakes that we think you probably made. I have zero doubt in my mind that your beer is no where near 13%, but sometimes you've got to figure this stuff out on your own.
