Made a Short video of the Cereal Killer crushing a few pounds of barley. It is powered by a modified cordless drill that uses a car battery or booster pack for its power supply.:rockin:

why not just swap out batteries when one dies? we use a little craftsman drill to mill out 30+ lbs at a time. not sure i understand...

The original craftsman battery packs will not hold a charge and are no longer available. The drill was free I just added a 12v power cord. Total investment in the mill is $99.

Brewed a batch with the barley that I crushed and got good efficiency and no trouble with a stuck sparge. Actually recirculated the mash for the last 10 min and cleared the wort up with no loss of flow.
