Not really.

Grape juice has simple sugars, so the sacc will consume them leaving no food for anything else. The Brett may add some complexity, but is normally not something that goes well in a wine.
 
It will work. But what do you want it to taste like?

Have you had a wine with Brett in it?
Is the juice even good for making wine?
