When I first started brewing, I was a winemaker so I always used either one-step or sulfites for sanitizing. When I discovered star-san, I was a convert. I now use star-san for everything! I haven't noticed any difference in my finished wines, or any of the wines that are bulk aging. I've been very happy with using star-san in all of the wine making equipment.
