Can anyone suggest a cheap way to get a digital display for an Auber Pt100 RTD? All I need to do is read the temperature--I do not need to control anything--just want to get a temperature reading. Need to have Fahrenheit with 3 digits to the left of the decimal. I thought about a STC-1000, but the Fahrenheit models only seem to have 2 digits to the left. Thanks.

I have had good luck with Omega equipment in the past.

edit: Sorry that link is only for the digital output card. The meter is here http://www.omega.com/pptst/DP63000.html

Or even cheaper a mypin PID from Amazon. Or super duper cheap a knockoff Rex from eBay. If you just want a display then you really don't need to spend much money

Another benefit to the cheap PID route is temperature offset. I almost went the route of LED displays for one of my panels but am very glad I did not. You will need to calibrate the RTD readout.
