Me and my neighbor/brewing partner officially completed our first all grain brew on Saturday and have beer in the carboy to prove it!

We brewed a 10g batch of Northern Brewer's Dead Ringer IPA. We learned a lot about our current set up and what we want out of our future brew rig we are planning. The biggest thing learned was that the 30,000 BTU burner on our camp stove is not sufficient for a 10g batch in a keggle.

I'm wondering what potential problems we might run into because we didn't reach a full boil in our boil kettle for about 45 mins. I know you want to get to the hot break as soon as possible so that's why I ask.

80.75% efficiency (based off the Beersmith calculator)

congrats! I'm sure you'll be fine, as far as taking your time getting to the full boil. 80% efficiency on your first try is great
