I think no-rinse sanitizers (Iodophor, StarSan) are meant to be left wet and lose some of their sanitizing power if you let them dry. But with that being said, if this is in a relatively clean kitchen I'd be completely comfortable doing this. If I left them in my funky moldy basement overnight, I'd be inclined to give them another dip.

Sounds fine to me as long as the bottle tree was clean and sanitized before hand.
