Grain mill motor size

I'm looking to get the MM3-2.0 mill and motorize it and was needing an idea of how much torque would be ideal. I've seen 50 in-lb thrown out as a good torque for the 3 roller mills. Is that sufficient or should I look for something with a bit more?
 
I've seen 1/4HP used on the mm3-2, i use a 1/2HP i got for cheap and it powers through. Just remember to keep the bolts easily accessible in case the thing jams. ANd maybe look into replacing key bolts w/ thumb screws.
