Hello all,
I've been in the background watching threads here for a while and thought I'd finally introduce myself. I have been an all-grain brewer for about ten years now brewing five gallons at a time. This website has been a wealth of knowledge and inspiration when I try out new recipes. Eventually I hope to post a few of my own tried-and-trues for others to try or critique.
My favorite styles of beer to brew tend to be stouts and porters but I have found myself brewing more IPA's over the last few months.
Otherwise my other hobbies mainly include fishing, golfing and watching football.
