Default DME, Sugar Addition Question

A recipe I'm using on Monday calls for Dried Malt Extract and Corn Sugar in the fermentables list (among other things, of course).

Question: Do I add those to the mash tun with the grains or do I add them to the wort in my pot?

Thanks!
