Default Keezer and frost

I'm looking at a manual defrost freezer as my keezer. If I set the temp to 32 will I have an issue with frost build up that would require me to defrost it at times??? Or would the moisture just collect and I would need to drain the water out???

It will be frozen, you need to use damprid and have a proper seal on the freezer.
