So since the whiskey won't age in the bottle, is this supposed to taste the same as the day it was bottled?

Primaries -Cider
Secondaries - Winter IPA, Belgium Noel
Extra Kegs - Empty
On Tap - Sam Adam's Boston Lager
Next - Nothing at the moment
Reading - Radical Brewing

Yes. it will slowly change after being opened. but it'll take a long time(looking at a decade i think). oxidation.
