Howdy. I used to homebrew a ton in the 90s, but have been on a hiatus for almost a decade. Just started back up with a Robust Porter and a Cinnamon Honey Wheat just bottled and a pseudo Doppelbock in the primary. My wife told me to get back into it so I could show the process to a neighbor. I said "great" but you don't really realize the monster you are about to unleash! When I bottled the first 2 batches, I had the wife sample a bit of the flat beer. She was quite surprised that she actually liked it. After the bock gets into the secondary, I'll be brewing up a blueberry wheat for the wife
