Just wait till five weeks! I made a Wit that I was completely confident was um, something else that rhymes with with It tasted bad out of the kettle, bad out of the fermenter, and bad five days carbing in the keg. But on the seventh day, it was delicious. I guess it just needed the right carbonation. It got better for a couple weeks too.
