After a couple days without any action, my fermenter is going crazy right now. The krausen is pushing into the airlock. Should i just let it go and then clean the airlock and replace it once the yeast settles down or just let it go. The airlock was filled with boiled water originally, not sanitizing solution. Thanks.

If the krausen is pushing into the airlock, then I'd be installing a blowoff tube (sooner than later). Do a search for blowoff.

Essentially, the airlock may get clogged. This leads to pressure buildup in the fermenter and the lid or airlock blowing off, spewing stuff everywhere and making for a very messy cleanup..

Your going to have to keep an eye on that cause if the airlock clogs up, you'll be cleaning the ceiling and everything else in that room.
Make yourself a blowoff tube to avoid this.
