I have installed Johnson control on my freezer to now do lagering. I have Brewers Best Kolsch Kit with Nott yeast. Is it worth the effort to lager or just go with the suggested instructions which are designed for an ale? Ive seen several posts on this but cant find a definitive answer on proper temps since Nottingham is not the recommended yeast. (I guess different answers for different tastes.) Final brew will be bottled.
