Lots of hops...what to brew?

I recently bought a lot of hops from Hops Direct. I bought a random assortment without much planning because they were so cheap ($5-7/pound). I got a pound each of Phoenix, Millennium, Aramis, and Sonnet Goldings (I've already used these in a couple of British-style brews). What are some beers I could make with these hops?

any traditional european style beers. Saisons and ESBs would be at the top of my list

I subbed the Sonnet Goldings hops for the US Golding hops on the Ol' Bitter Bastard recipe (https://www.homebrewtalk.com/showthread.php?t=419766), I tasted it when I bottled it and uncarbed it seemed like a good substitution. I think they'd work well with an ESB (The bottle should be carbed this next week, I can update then).
