Best value tap handles

Hey,

I am looking to purchase 5 tap handles, what are the best basic ones?

Drill a hole in anything you want and insert one of these. I drilled holes in a few golf balls for a low profile tap handle.

Value Tap handles could be make your own. A chunk of wood and a T-nut. And you are all set. http://www.homedepot.com/s/t-nuts?NCNI-5. 98 cents for a 4-pack!

I had to cut down my plum tree this summer so I used some branches and an insert. I sprayed some lacquer on the branch.

I have 4 of similar ones that may be from china. Ok they are from china. They are awesome though. . . at 27$ for 4 shipped.

I have these also. I can't have any taller so I can open the freezer section of my converted fridge. It is in my basement so I don't need any bling.

I bet you could find them for even less if you shop around. The spend the savings on making BEER!

Many times you can find a batch of used commercial handles on eBay... Otherwise the stubby metallic or black are cheap and easy to find.

These are the ones I use--cheap, they work, and I don't have tap handles in the way. The keezer is painted with chalkboard paint so the menu is easy to display, no need for it on a tap handle.

Those handles are the same ones I use. I believe they were about a buck each at the home brew store.

I buy old handles on ebay.

I like to find tap handles from older regional beers like Genesee, Schaefer, Old Style, etc... You can usually get a whole pile of them for a few bucks.

Do you know anyone who works at a bar/restaurant? My son worked at a sports bar and he gave me a bunch of handles they were throwing out. I got a Game of Thrones tap that way.

My favorite is from blue Tongue Brewery. I got it on ebay. It's a huge lizard with a blue tongue. It's pretty cool.
