Water Profile Results. Can someone tell me if its fine for Craft Beer.

That looks almost like RO. You will be fine, but you will need to add minerals.
Yep, good water for brewing. But be aware that the Langelier Index is less than zero which means that it going to be corrosive to your pipes. Hopefully your pipes are plastic.
