I brew beer, kombucha, and hooch

Hi,
I'm new to the forum, but I've brewed different things over the years. I've brewed different kinds of ales, mostly from kits. My latest projects are: kombucha, which I brew from green tea and flavor with natural essential oils, and a batch of ginger beer which I started out of winter boredom using household ingredients like grated ginger, sugar, limejuice, and bread yeast (hooch). For my next brewing adventure, I'm learning all that I can about brewing sake, which I plan to do this spring.
