Anyone have advice for drying the siphon and tubing used to transfer the beer? Obviously cleaning it is a breeze, but I am having difficulty getting it to dry out and I don't want mold or mildew to form while it just sits around waiting for my next brew.

Just hang it up on a wall with open ends down, it will drip dry and nothing will grow in it. Especially if it is clean.

I usually flush with hot water, then run star san through it and hang it up. Of course I never let any beer or wort dry up in it.

I'd be interested to know this as well. For an autosiphon I just stand it upside down and let it do its best. For tubing I stand in a clear area and whip it around for a little bit to shake the water off. Neither are perfect, but I've never had a problem with anything growing in either.
