I'm from Lancaster Pa, and have my first batch of brew on the stove as I type. Mere Minutes from adding the hops. It's been a long time coming, but I'm glad I finally decided to start brewing my own!

Wow. I didn't realize there was such a strong central pa showing on the boards. Thanks for the warm welcome. As for the batch - so far so good. I've been obsessively watching the fermentation, it's almost mesmorising
