So i "smacked" my wyeast 1056 to brew tonight but all of a sudden im super sleepy. Once activated how low is the yeast viable in the packaging for?

If you're not going to pitch it tonight (in your wort or a starter... which would be recommended) you can just stick it in the fridge. Then when you take it out and warm it up, it'll just pick up swelling where you left off.

thanks!, got a headache and if i try and brew right now it will be more of a chore than pleasure
