Not that I'm terribly worried as in the end I will end up with beer but I'm just wondering what to call this. I wanted to do an Oktoberfest-type beer but due to limitations in available extract and my own equipment restrictions I ended up with this:
6lbs LME
1/2lb Crystal 9-12
1/2lb Crystal 70
1oz NZ Hallertau 60 minutes
1/2oz NZ Hallertau 30 minutes
1/2oz NZ Hallertau 5 minutes
Nottingham yeast
Hard water
7 gal boil
I realize this is not an Oktoberfest so there is no need to remind of that but... what IS it? LOL
