100% Brett Beer

I bottled this Monday maybe Tuesday, can't remember. Brett C has the lowest intensity Brett character of the three( or 4 - anomalous) commercially available strains. So, its not too crazy by any means, but tasted very good from the fermenter. Once it carbs I'll post a pick of the poured pint with tasting notes.

did you ever snap a picture of this beer?
 
I am brewing a 100% brett L beer soon and I hadn't considered lowering the pH. I don't have a LHBS so I could order some acid malt but could I use 5.2 stabilizer to lower the pH? I normally use a tbs in the mash per the instructions, but I don't really know exactly how it works.
