What do you guys think? I used one can of Coopers stout added 1.5 kg of dark LME and 250 grams of light brown sugar. aprox 4.5 gallons of water b/c I didnt want to have the yeast break through my 5 gal carboy lock. OG is 1060! This is my first beer, Ive made a few ciders and I have one mead brewing as we speak.

Ram, yes, Cooper's kits have bittering hops.

Clark, sounds good ... personally I would have forgone the brown sugar, but that's a matter of taste. I think you'll have a nice beer there :)

I'm drinking a very young Cooper's Stout kit that I made with a KG of light LME, in about 4 Gallons of water. Tastes pretty good, only been in bottles for about a week. You should be fine.
