5.5 Gallon batch (70% eff.)
13.2 lbs Maris Otter (well...not really, but the base malt we are using is not an option in beersmith!)
.75 lbs Crystal 70/80
.5 lbs Biscuit
30 g Norther Brewer 60min
15 g Galena 60min
25 g EKG 15min
25 g EKG 5min
25 g EKG dry hop
pitched onto a cake of wyeast 1098
