Returned to brewing about 12 months ago and decided to go the full mash route - so far in 8 brews only one disaster and that was the first one (used a mash bag and end up with virtually an alcohol free beer!) suppose i have more questions than answers and glas to know there are lots of you out there who can help.
Been through your area a few years back, I have family that lives in Paisley, just south of Glasgow. Always loved going to visit Skye, you live in an incredibly beautiful place
