Rust in Keezer

I have a keexer with a collar and I caulked around where the collar meets the freezer to help control condensation, but it is still happening. Now I have small spots of rust inside the freezer where the plastic sheets meet. Any suggestions to prevent this from happening further?

Get a couple of PC fans in there to circulate the air around. Should help with the condensation.

Also, get some damp-rid to help control moisture.
