My first brew is a Belgian Tripel and it's been in the bottle @ 68* for three weeks now. I want to age these bottles for as long a possible. What is the ideal storage temperature?
Should they 'condition' longer at 68* or should I put them in the basement @ 62* steady temp
Or put them in the fridge?
==================
Primary: Brown Ale
Secondary: Empty
Bottled: Belgian Tripel, Hefeweizen
On deck: Smoked Porter, Belgian Triple
