i got a belgian dubbel fermenting right now. Its been 24hrs now...
here's the thing, next friday i'm gong to LA and I have to stay there till november 16th. what are the chances this thing is gonna be done by next friday oct. 15th so I can bottle it? and if its not done, what should I do?
