Lexan shanks for beer taps

I have some Lexan shanks and am trying to figure out if I can use these for my beer taps. Looks like they're for wine and cider. Any suggestions? Cheers! :beer:
 
Interesting, I've never heard of plastic shanks. Lexan is a pretty durable polycarbonate so you should be fine. Worst case it discolors after a few years. I think strong caustic solutions might attack polycarbonate so just take it easy on the BLC.
