I just want to say hi to everyone. I'm new at home brewing, but upon turning 21 I've been really into beers of all types. I always liked to cook and make wines, so I figured beer was a logical next step to take. Seems like a great place to learn and talk to people who know what's going on.

There are quite a few people here who make beer and wine. Wine is a bit easier but the beer is ready quicker. They go well together!
