I made a really simple Belgian blonde (Based off of NB's recipe, but different hops). I pitched on a WLP530 slurry, and it finished at 1.005. It ended up being over 7%, and you can definitely taste the alcohol. Fermented around 65-67. For some silly reason I put it in the kegerator last night, and it was only two weeks old (I know I probably should have left it alone)

My question, will I see any improvement aging it if I take it back out the kegerator?

I went ahead and took it out of the kegerator, since I know it will age quicker being warm.

You can leave it in your kegerator and let it cold condition. I've done it with many Belgians and worked well. Just let it sit for a few more weeks to a month, you will be able to taste the difference.
