I gotta tell you, as a fellow homebrewer...
....that's totally plausible. You gotta be careful, sometimes, homebrew gets infected with 10-hour flu (it's actually gastroenteritis, to be sure). Ten-Hour Flu (THF) strikes many homebrewers without warning. It's difficult to know when or if your beer is infected with the Ten-Hour Flu virus (THFV). Although if you drink 12+ beers in one night, you're almost SURE to find that at least one of your beers indeed WAS infected with the virus.
common symptoms of THF are:
1) pounding headache
2) Light sensntivity
3) nausea or queasiness
4) strong desire for greasy fried breakfast food
5) insatiable thirst for coffee and Advil
6) sensitivity to loud noises and Saturday morning cartoon shows
7) dehydration
oddly enough, the only thing that combats such a virus is to wait it out until late afternoon, or occasionally, a couple of beers.
I feel for you, man. Godspeed.
