Firstly, the Emperor approved utilizing his underling as the image of the one credit bill. Isn't he an egomaniac and wouldn't he likely be on all the denominations?

Plus, what is with the unfinished Death Star? Is it supposed to be 'fear us once we are complete'?

Those nerds did not contemplate very well.
